Jump to Contact Form- How long will it take to recieve my purchace?
We aim to get products out the door within two working days. After that, we send New Zealand orders by New Zealand Post Track and Trace service with a 1-3 day delivery time. International orders will be shipped by air mail and take 3-10 working days.
- Which size will fit me?
We get it, buying clothes online is always risky because you never know how its gonna fit. We want you to be 100% happy with you buy first time round, so, please take a few minutes to read our notes on how to achieve this.
Pick out your favorate fitting tshirt and lay it out on a flat surface and measure the three dimentions we show below, then simply match to one of our sizes. Even though our shirts are preshrunk you may get a little shrinkage. For this reason its best to go bigger if you fall between sizes.- What is your returns policy?
If for any reason you are not 100% happy with your purchace we will gladly exchange. You must return the item within 5 working days, please contact us in advance through our contact submission form, and we'll suply you with our return address.
- What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal. We also accept bank transfers, please fill in the contact form or contact us directly at info[at]cuppa-t-shirts[dot]co[dot]nz for details.
- How secure is this store?

- Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?
No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.
- Are you a New Zealand Company?
Yes, we are based in central Auckland use companies here in New Zealand to make our stuff, infact most our suppliers are in walking distance.
- Your prices seem alittle high?
In this industry, mass production equals cheaper products. As we are only a small independent label we only print in small runs, this results in more expense per shirt. This is not such a bad thing though, as it means that you get to wear a tee that is much more exclusive then one you'd pick up from the high street.
- How do i take care of my shirt?
As is best with all printed garments, wash and iron inside out to help your tshirt live a long and happy life.
- So i have my product...how do i wear it?
Wear it loud, wear it proud! You need to make sure you display maximum branding at all times. One simple rule- wear it on top! Fashion sometimes dictates how we wear clothes, but i urge you to be practical and follow our guide on how to tackle wardrobe challanges.
