Iron Sky- Space Nazis attack! War-time Retro Sci-Fi

"In 1945 the Nazis went to the Moon – and in 2018 they are coming back! This is the premise of the dark sci-fi comedy Iron Sky, the next project by the creators of the Internet hit Star Wreck that has to date reached over eight million viewers around the globe. Star Wreck was a forerunner in utilising the Internet for publicity and distribution, and Iron Sky will build on that – this time as an international co-production with a budget of about 7.5 million euros, big name actors, and aimed at a worldwide theatrical release in 2012."

Now this movie is looking very interesting for many reasons, obviously we are loving the retro wartime sci-fi vibe. From the success of Star Wreck, the guys have picked up enough momentum for a bigger movie. Funded independently by YOU! Yes that's right, crowd funding is driving the production. Go ahead and contribute under the comical guise of buying 'war bonds' and get behind the scenes access. The styling of this movie is looking great and i really like their approach. Cant wait to go watch it.

Wipeout and Quantum Levitation

Could this be the Scalextrix of 2010's? We've mentioned Quantum Levitation before in a post about our quest to have real Hoverboards. Obviously the next logical step was to make a mini wipeout circuit. The future is close now, i can taste it...
